The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to visit the Azraq Wetland Reserve and the Azraq Castle. Some of the rooms are still spacious, and the bed sheets are clean. the two Syrian staff members are friendly, helpful, and do their best to accommodate guests.

Some of the rooms are not well-maintained, and the bathrooms are not very clean. Reviews suggested the power points are faulty, and some bathrooms lack soap or a shower curtain.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the helpful staff who provided me with AC and heating options, and kept my room clean. the hotel is located within walking distance of several beautiful nature reserves, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed having a large and relaxing pool to unwind in after a long day of exploring.

Enchanting castles, heavenly Shawmari Reserve, awesome Azraq Wetland Reserve, friendly and kind staff, beautiful weather, abandoned ghost town vibe.
